We're looking for more people to help keep Glasgow Sci Comm Socials fun, interesting and inclusive. If you are someone who is interested in Science Communication and growing the Sci Comm community in Glasgow then why not join us as an Organiser.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are available to come along to half the meet ups in a year

  • Can help welcome new people and keep the event flowing

  • Willing to have a photo and short description of themselves on the website

  • Will be part of an Organiser mailing list and discuss the best formats, times and activities for the Social

  • Can, on occasion, be the Lead Organiser for a Social, meaning arriving first and ensuring smooth running

If this sounds like something you could do then drop us an email to introduce yourself! We estimate organiser contributions to be less than 3 hours in any month.
